Job summary

BH Properties seeks a Property Manager for its San Jose, CA portfolio, reporting to the Senior Asset Manager. You will be the primary contact for office and retail properties, ensuring maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and timely project execution.

Strong communication, vendor management, and budgeting skills are essential, with Yardi experience preferred. Responsibilities include inspections, lease compliance, contractor oversight, and collaboration with leasing teams on tenant improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Customer service and tenant relations experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with vendor and contractor management
• Experience with Yardi preferred

Responsibilities

• Be primary contact for a portfolio of Bay Area properties (office and retail)
• Conduct property visits and inspections to ensure maintenance and systems function properly
• Build and maintain positive tenant relationships and ensure lease compliance
• Manage vendor relations and bid processes for projects
• Support leasing team during negotiations and tenant improvements
• Oversee project execution within scope and budget
• Assist in CAM, operating expense reviews, budgets, and reporting
