Job summary

Pulley is seeking a Project Manager located in the Bay Area to bridge clients with the complex permitting landscape. You will help projects progress smoothly, overcome regulatory hurdles, and collaborate with municipal officials to speed approvals.

You’ll shape permitting operations and work with leadership, product, and engineering to continuously improve delivery, refining best practices and workflows for faster, more effective results.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting.
• Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
• Excellent communication abilities and talent for building relationships with clients and municipal officials.
• Skilled in using relevant software tools and adaptable to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Gain deep understanding of local permitting rules across markets, focusing on streamlining processes.
• Advise clients through intricate approval processes to achieve fast, efficient outcomes.
• Collaborate with municipal staff to accelerate approval times.
• Manage multiple permitting projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones are met and roadblocks resolved.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to improve Pulley’s platform and client experience.
