Job summary
Swickard Auto Group is seeking an experienced flat-rate technician for our San Francisco Bay Area locations representing Audi, Land Rover, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, and Toyota. You will diagnose, repair, and document work across systems, with OEM procedures and a focus on quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of flat-rate technician experience in a franchised dealership.
- Any brand background considered; luxury, import, and domestic valued across our portfolio.
- Strong diagnostic ability and a low comeback rate.
- ASE certifications a strong plus; OEM factory certifications highly valued.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles across a range of systems using OEM diagnostic platforms and manufacturer procedures.
- Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans with service advisors.
- Execute repairs to factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and no shortcuts.
- Complete repair orders accurately, documenting all work and parts used with precision.
- Stay current on technical service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer repair procedures.
