Job summary

Accurate Courier Services seeks a seasoned supervisor to lead a team of medical couriers across Northern California, coordinating routes and time-sensitive on-demand deliveries. You will recruit, onboard, train, and coach staff while providing real-time support to drivers and resolving service issues throughout the day.

You must have 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics/healthcare operations, be fluent in English and Spanish, and willing to travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervisory or leadership experience in logistics, transportation, healthcare operations, distribution, or a related field.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Working knowledge of the Northern California service area, including San Jose, the East Bay, and the Peninsula.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of employee medical couriers performing scheduled routes and time-sensitive on-demand deliveries.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and coach new team members.
• Provide real-time operational support by resolving service issues and assisting drivers throughout the day.
• Audit routes, schedules, and procedures to ensure service excellence, efficiency, and compliance.
• Manage company equipment and supplies, including phones, ID badges, delivery bags, and temperature-control materials.
• Review timesheets, productivity, service metrics, and customer feedback to improve performance.
• Partner with Dispatch and Operations leadership to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Build positive relationships with healthcare customers while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Foster a culture centered on safety, accountability, teamwork, and customer service.
