Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout the Bay Area, including assignments between Fremont and San Francisco.
• Previous supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, military, or a related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email, and report writing.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership to security officers at assigned client locations.
• Serve as a liaison between site management, clients, and security personnel.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and post checks to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns in a professional manner.
• Assist with officer training, coaching, and performance management.
• Complete reports, schedules, and other administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Support staffing needs by covering open posts and assisting at multiple locations as needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
