Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.

• Previous supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, military, or a related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email, and report writing.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Flex Security Supervisor $32hr to $35hr

• Serve as a liaison between site management, clients, and security personnel.

• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns in a professional manner.

Minimum Qualifications

Work Location: Various client sites throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, including Fremont, San Francisco, and surrounding locations.

Schedule: Flexible. Must be available to work various shifts, weekends, holidays, and provide coverage as operational needs require.
