Job summary

Henry Schein is seeking a dynamic Regional General Manager to lead sales growth and operational excellence across an assigned geography. This senior role requires strategic leadership, people development, and customer impact.

Based in Northern California, the regional leader will manage field teams across San Francisco and the Bay Area, drive profitability, and align with corporate goals while partnering with operations and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the dental industry, including distribution
• 3+ years of people management experience leading sales and/or operations teams

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop sales teams, including Field Sales Consultants, and Equipment Specialists
• Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic sales and marketing plans aligned to company goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and key stakeholders
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing development in partnership with corporate training
• Serve as a key liaison between corporate leadership and regional teams
• Support national and regional marketing programs and operational initiatives
• Participate in key corporate projects, conventions, customer events, and leadership meetings
