DeWinter Group seeks a high-energy Manager, Consulting Services to drive the growth of our Bay Area practice with a focus on temporary and contract staffing in finance and accounting. You’ll develop client relationships, expand partnerships, and own a full sales cycle from outreach to close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of B2B sales or staffing experience, with a focus on finance/accounting staffing.
• Proven success in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting talent landscape.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across the Bay Area market and build long-term client relationships.
• Prospect actively through email, phone, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events.
• Own a full sales cycle from outreach through close.
• Build relationships with CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, and senior accounting leaders.
• Identify and pursue high-value opportunities across enterprise and growth-stage companies.
• Partner with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure strong client outcomes.
• Help build brand awareness and credibility for DeWinter in the Bay Area.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and consistently meet revenue goals.
