Job summary

YMCA of Greater Indianapolis seeks an Activity Leader I to help lead assigned activities within designated programs. The role requires a warm, friendly personality, is open to individuals 18 years or older, and emphasizes conflict-resolution skills with children and adults.

Responsibilities include facilitating crafts, sports, games, and group discussions, contributing to a positive, safe environment aligned with YMCA goals and philosophy. Training will be provided upon hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in conflict resolution with children and adults.
• Knowledge of crafts, sports, games, events, and leading group discussions/activities.
