Job summary

Bauer Hockey/Cascade Maverik Lacrosse is seeking a Business Systems & Analytics Developer in the United States to develop and support reporting, automation, workflow, and data governance solutions within the Anaplan and Power Platform ecosystem.

You will build and maintain Power BI, Power Query, and Excel reporting, drive KPI standardization, and collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize data flow and insights across SAP HANA and related systems in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience with Power BI, Power Query, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and data integration concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels of organization.
• Highly organized, diligent, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Adjust quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
