Job summary

Anduril Industries in the U.S. is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the Battlespace Awareness team in Waltham, MA. You will develop and validate advanced algorithms, manage requirements, and ensure end-to-end system success across diverse configurations and customer experiences.

This role emphasizes modeling & simulation, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven verification. A strong background in MBSE and engineering standards is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hardware and software systems engineering experience.
• Model based systems engineering in program lifecycle; Matlab, AFSIM.
• Proficiency with Python for data parsing, modeling & simulation, data analysis, and visualization.
• Statistics, AI/ML, Requirements, Testing, MBSE.
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly to developers, system leads, and customers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; up to 25% travel; eligible for US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and validation of advanced algorithmic capabilities.
• Bridge system design, modeling & simulation, and verification & validation activities.
• Lead requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams.
• Develop test plans, acceptance criteria, and analysis tools.
• Own systems end-to-end and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
