Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; museum/visitor attraction experience preferred.
• Experience delivering guided tours.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Walk and climb ladders to upper and lower decks.
• Ability to work in varied weather and emergencies.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Offers guest guided tours and information about the USS Wisconsin and Nauticus.
• Works in a team environment with peers and volunteers; participates in emergency actions.
• Maintains quality guest experience and safety in the assigned area.
• May lead a shift as necessary.
• Supports ship-shape readiness for guests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
