Job summary

Crown Battery Manufacturing Co is seeking a Sales and Services Technician (1st Shift) in Fremont, OH. The role supports warehouse activities, ensures product availability, and assists with shipping, inventory, and delivery scheduling.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to obtain a forklift license. Safety training is required and strong communication is valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age.
Experience with safety and environmental training.
Minimum 1 year manufacturing/factory experience preferred in a fast paced setting.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, supervision, and management.
Ability to obtain a forklift license.

Responsibilities

Follow policies, procedures and instructions; report non-conformities to lead personnel.
Control non-conforming products and support corrective/preventative actions.
Assist with housekeeping, expediting batteries, and verifying product availability and lead times.
Assist with inventory counting, shipping paperwork, scheduling trucks, and ensuring deliveries.
Answer phones and handle special orders.
Remove inventory from middle room and finish line.
Follow Crown Quality System documentation and align with quality objectives.
