INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer for a 12-month onsite role in Redmond, WA. You will perform RCA on hardware and test systems, troubleshoot battery test equipment, and execute comprehensive battery pack validation testing.

You will analyze large data sets, develop technical reports, and present findings to cross-functional teams while maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in testing, validation, manufacturing, or product development.
• Experience executing engineering test plans and documenting results.
• Experience analyzing engineering data using Python, JMP, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Perform systematic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on hardware, test systems, and test equipment failures using structured engineering methodologies.
• Troubleshoot battery test equipment, instrumentation, and automated test systems.
• Execute battery pack validation testing, including functional, environmental, electrical, and reliability testing.
• Analyze large volumes of battery performance, test, and diagnostic data to identify trends, anomalies, and failure mechanisms.
• Develop clear technical reports summarizing test results, engineering findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Present technical findings to cross-functional engineering teams and support technical design reviews.
• Maintain accurate test records, issue tracking, and engineering documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve test methods, automation, data analysis workflows, and overall laboratory efficiency.
• Assist in developing test procedures, work instructions, and validation plans.
• Ensure all testing activities comply with laboratory safety requirements and established operating procedures.
