Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking a Test Engineer to join a team responsible for probe and final test of mixed-signal ICs used in automotive and industrial markets. This role focuses on testing battery monitors and protectors with significant growth potential.

You will work with design teams to understand specifications, generate test plans, design ATE interfaces, and debug silicon on ATE, correlating results with bench data.

Qualifications

  • Experience in probe and final test development for mixed-signal ICs.
  • Ability to design test plans and ATE test software.
  • Strong data analysis and debugging skills.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work with design team to understand design specifications
  • Generate test plans and char programs; design ATE interfaces
  • Debug silicon on ATE and correlate results with bench data
  • Analyze silicon results and support failure analysis
  • Perform yield analysis and optimize test time
  • Release products to volume production with test strategy
  • Define and implement test strategies for new battery products
  • ATE test hardware and software
  • Silicon qualification & characterization including qual hardware development
  • Comprehensive device debugging, design validation and failure analysis
  • Drive robust and cost-effective test solutions while ensuring product quality
