  • Monitor cell quality with routine DPA, root cause any issues, and implement countermeasures and corrective actions.
  • Battery characterization: perform failure analysis techniques such as photo documentation, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, computed tomography (CT) scan, etc.
  • Inventory management: maintain inventory accuracy and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Supporting FA team: Communicate and cooperate with engineers and colleagues.
  • Laboratory upkeep: keep a clean and safe workspace and optimize process efficiencies.
  • Documentation: document results, collect and analyze data, and compile reports to present to relevant stakeholders.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) but communicate ideas/areas for SOP improvement and implementation.
