Job summary

RFA Engineering is seeking an Electrical Engineering Technician to join our on-site team in Morrisville, NC. You will perform testing on battery cells, packs, and charging equipment, troubleshoot lab systems, and build test fixtures while documenting results.

You will work with engineers to fulfill test requirements, maintain records, and support 5S practices. A two-year electronics diploma or equivalent experience is required, with at least two years in electronics or manufacturing.

Minimum two years of related experience in electronics, manufacturing, or engineering

Responsibilities

Perform testing on battery cells, packs, and charging equipment.
Work with engineering to apply defined test requirements.
Troubleshoot lab equipment and perform maintenance as needed.
Build intermediate test harnesses and test setups.
Document and maintain records of work performed.
Inform supervisor of issues and assist in corrective actions.
Create test documentation for prototypes when engineering instructions are unavailable.
Communicate professionally with internal teams and customers.
Support 5S related activities.
