Job summary

RRD is a leading global provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions. We are seeking an electrical technician to install, modify, repair, and maintain electrical lines, circuits, and equipment across our test programs in Durham, NC.

The role requires thorough knowledge of circuitry and controls, ability to lay out circuits, and familiarity with strain gauge systems. Strong hand and power tool skills and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of construction, installation, operation, and troubleshooting of sophisticated circuitry and controls for unique projects.
• Ability to formulate layout sketches of required electrical circuits and wire test setups.
• Knowledge of installing strain gauge circuits and recording instruments for test programs.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical portions of test equipment during tests to determine malfunctions.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, test, and load new and existing electrical lines, circuits, systems, and fixtures.
• Installs and repairs electrical systems, apparatus, and components of machinery and equipment.
