Qualifications
- 8+ years in battery development with full program ownership.
- Experience leading cell selection and testing of integrated hardware.
- Ability to balance power, energy, degradation, packaging and thermal constraints.
- U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Own battery-system engineering: pack architecture, cell selection, operating limits and team delivery.
- Translate vehicle power and energy needs into battery requirements and margins.
- Lead development and verification of cell and pack performance, life, mass, packaging and serviceability.
- Define interfaces for charging, high-voltage, thermal and hybrid controls.
- Coordinate cell characterization and pack hardware development.
- Lead supplier readiness and design-risk reviews.
- Run multidisciplinary design reviews and improve test measurement quality, repeatability and verification evidence.
