Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality, mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering.
• 2+ years as Quality Manager or 5+ years as Manufacturing Quality Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of QM systems and auditing standards (IATF 16949).

Responsibilities

• Maintains the company's QMS and ensures IATF 16949 compliance.
• Lead supplier qualification activities including on-site audits.
• Analyze quality data and drive process improvements.
• Deliver quality metrics and leadership reports.
• Oversee internal quality control team and collaboration with engineering.
