Responsibilities

• Develop routing criteria with cost, engineering and environmental considerations and coordinate between technical teams.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Environmental Services, Legal, Development and Land stakeholders using strong communication.
• Demonstrate understanding of routing criteria across cost, engineering concerns and environmental constraints.
• Employ value engineering concepts to optimize criteria for late-stage permitting before construction.
