You'll work 3-on-3-off from 6:00pm to 6:30am, with emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and reliability. A high school diploma and current PIT certification are required, and overtime and weekends may be needed.

Relocation assistance is not available for this role.* Schedule: 3-on-3-off 6:00pm - 6:30am **What You'll Do*** Change, charge, and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) batteries while keeping the battery‐changing area clean and operational.* Operate different PIT equipment including fork trucks, TSPs, PEs, RRs, RCs, scissor lifts, boom lifts, one‐person lifts, and electric floor sweepers.* Help with basic facility repairs and help maintain the appearance and functionality of the building.* Support general housekeeping, trash removal, and recycling across all facility areas.* Help with indoor and outdoor facility events.* Follow all company safety and security procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area. **What You'll Bring*** High school diploma or an equivalent combination of training.* Current MHE certification for all required Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment.* Work overtime, nights, and weekends to support operational demands.* Repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.* Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and maintaining an organized work environment.* Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow established procedures.
