BMTech seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer to help ensure the quality and reliability of our battery management and energy storage products. You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to support new product development, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement.

You will lead QA activities across development, perform root cause analysis, support APQP and quality planning, maintain documentation and metrics, and work cross-functionally to implement quality

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality management within automotive electronics, battery systems, energy storage, or a related industry.
• Experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, and quality auditing.

• Knowledge of battery systems, inverters, energy storage systems, or other power electronics.
• Experience with product testing, failure analysis, and quality improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with photovoltaic (PV) or energy storage products.
• Experience handling customer quality issues and preparing 8D reports.
