Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing, automation, assembly, or maintenance experience or at least 6 months as Machine Operator 1
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Ability to analyze and estimate workload while multitasking
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for measurements
• Ability to meet PPE and physical demands of the role

Responsibilities

• Initiate, operate, recover, and shut down core production machinery per SOPs and work instructions
• Operate equipment to ensure smooth, continuous production flow
• Monitor machine parameters and production status to maintain efficiency and output quality
• Support timely fulfillment of material, supplies, and spare parts requests to sustain production
• Perform daily cleaning of machines and equipment
