Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing, automation, assembly, or maintenance; or 6+ months as Machine Operator 2.
• Proficient in English reading, writing and speaking.
• Ability to analyze workload and perform multiple tasks.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measurements.
• Ability to meet PPE and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple high-speed battery production machines with minimal supervision.
• Follow PPE, LOTO and safety rules; escalate issues promptly.
• Monitor machine performance and document production and quality data.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and support shift handoff.
• Support training, teamwork, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to resolve issues.
