Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is hiring a Skilled Machine Operator for our De Soto, Kansas site, part of the world’s largest lithium-ion battery factory. You’ll independently run multiple high-speed production machines, monitor performance, and maintain records to support safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

You’ll work in a team-focused environment, follow SOPs and PPE rules, assist with line changeovers, and contribute to efficient, compliant manufacturing that powers

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in manufacturing, automation, or maintenance, or 6+ months as Machine Operator 2.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Able to perform workload analysis and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated high-speed lithium-ion battery production machines with minimal supervision.
• Maintain and record production/quality data; ensure safety, quality, and 6S housekeeping.
