American Battery Solutions Inc. is seeking an entry-level Production Operator to assemble battery pack systems in our Springboro, Ohio facility. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency, supporting continuous improvement while adhering to all training and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic problem-solving capabilities for troubleshooting issues in production.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products to customer requirements and company goals.
• Complete all required safety training and comply with PPE requirements.
• Learn takt and cycle time, throughput expectations, and standard work for each operation.
• Follow SOPs and documented processes for assigned tasks or stations.
• Reduce rework and scrap through understanding quality requirements.
• Participate in safety activities and contribute ideas for improvements.
