Job summary

Trojan Battery Company is seeking a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will work on the production line, slide batteries along conveyor rollers, fill fluids and cap, and visually inspect products for quality. We value teamwork and safety, and a high school diploma or GED, basic English, and the ability to use hand tools are important. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required. Rain or shine, you’ll contribute to reliable energy storage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Slide the battery along conveyor rollers.
• Fill the fluid and cap properly.
• Visually inspect products for proper fill and quality; rework if needed.
• Identify problems and suggest solutions.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene rules; wear PPE as directed.
