Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global manufacturing sites to identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Lead process development and scale‑up from lab to production.
• Design experiments (DoE) in pilot and production environments and analyze results.
• Collaborate with R&D and operations leadership to align scope with business goals.
• Define timelines, milestones, and resources; manage execution within budget.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Mine production data to uncover opportunities and support decisions.
• Travel to Duracell facilities globally as needed (20–30%).
