Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years in automotive or EV battery manufacturing.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Enhance process capability and production efficiency of existing battery equipment.
• Develop, validate, and optimize battery manufacturing processes.
• Lead fault maintenance and oversee equipment digitalization.
• Maintain PFMEA, control plans, and SOPs for battery processes.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen to reduce waste and variation.
• Collaborate with design, quality, supply chain, EHS, and maintenance teams.
