Job summary

LiCAP Technologies, a Sacramento-based battery materials company, is scaling a new ADE® process production line. We are seeking a Machine Operator to work hands-on with advanced manufacturing equipment and help produce cathode electrodes.

No prior battery experience is required; we’ll train you. You’ll join a fast-growing team and contribute to the energy transition through a solvent-free manufacturing technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow SOPs and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn and train in new processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment for dry electrode and battery materials processing.
• Follow SOPs to ensure product quality and safety.
• Perform routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and first-line maintenance on machinery.
• Record production data, material usage, and equipment readings accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with shift leads and engineers to resolve process issues.
• Participate in onboarding training for LiCAP's ADE process and equipment.
