Factory Motor Parts is seeking a route-based delivery professional to drive assigned routes, stock batteries, and provide exceptional customer service at customer locations. You will build strong relationships, deliver and collect batteries, and promote our battery offerings and related products.

The role emphasizes safety, physical work, and consistent performance, with opportunities for growth through training and incentive programs within a well-established company.

You'll spend most of your day driving your assigned route and working hands-on with customers, delivering and maintaining battery stock while providing exceptional customer service. The role involves frequent lifting, loading, and the safe use of manual handling equipment to ensure timely deliveries and proper battery handling. As the face of the company in the field, you'll build strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities to enhance services.
