Job summary

Factory Motor Parts is seeking a field-based delivery/sales associate in Minot, ND. You will drive a defined route to deliver and stock batteries, interact with customers, and promote FMP brands while maintaining safe handling practices and accurate paperwork.

You will build lasting customer relationships, explain product features, and identify opportunities to grow service and battery sales. Training is provided and comprehensive benefits accompany a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable regularly lifting and moving batteries (up to 75 lbs) using proper technique.
• A genuine customer first attitude and strong communication skills.

You'll spend most of your day driving your assigned route and working hands-on with customers, delivering and maintaining battery stock while providing exceptional customer service. The role involves frequent lifting, loading, and the safe use of manual handling equipment to ensure timely deliveries and proper battery handling. As the face of the company in the field, you'll build strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities to enhance services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
