Job summary

Advantage Technical is seeking a Process/Manufacturing Engineer for an on-site role in Westminster, MD. The candidate will support Battery Design Engineers, ensuring manufacturable processes and implementing continuous improvement projects. This position requires a B.S. in Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in an engineering environment.

The salary range for this role is between $85,000 and $95,000, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Six Sigma Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support Battery Design Engineers and production.
• Ensure manufacturable processes with high quality.
• Implement continuous process improvement projects.
• Create and maintain work instructions and SOPs.
• Train shopfloor employees.
• Identify and implement equipment upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and document process issues.
• Conduct RCCA investigations.
• Transfer designs from development to production.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support battery design process for manufacturability.
