Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in battery or energy systems.
• Hands-on experience with sensitive hardware and proper PPE.
• Demonstrated experience in electromechanical product manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Drive new manufacturing line bringups for evolving products.
• Lead technical assessments for continuous manufacturing improvement.
• Identify and mitigate manufacturing risks through design reviews.
