Job summary

Green New Energy Materials (GNEM) seeks an experienced Equipment Technician to support maintenance, repair, and reliability of production equipment used in lithium‑ion battery separator materials manufacturing. You will troubleshoot, install, and perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime, ensure quality, and maintain a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology or related field
• Experience reading schematics and manuals to diagnose equipment issues
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and production machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled equipment
• Diagnose equipment failures using schematics, electrical drawings, manuals, and precision testing instruments
• Repair or replace motors, sensors, bearings, gearboxes, valves, conveyors, pumps, and other production components
• Maintain CMMS maintenance records and work orders
• Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and EHS teams to minimize downtime
