Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with lithium-ion battery cells.
• Experience with precision resistance welding, spot welding, and soldering.
• Strong reading proficiency in electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and modify prototype battery packs and modules.
• Perform precision spot welding, resistance welding, and soldering.
• Support validation tests including insulation and continuity checks.
