Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience with safety and environmental training.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing/factory experience preferred in a fast paced setting.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow policies, procedures and instructions.
• Identify and report product, process and quality non-conformities to lead personnel.
• Support implementation of corrective/preventative and improvement actions.
• Use personal protective equipment as required and maintain clean work area.
• Read battery assembly diagrams and lay out intercells correctly.
• Place intercells and burn connections with a hand torch as needed.
• Inspect work orders for special items and measure cable layouts.
• Fabricate cables with proper lead head and install onto the battery.
• Adhere to Crown Quality System documentation and objectives.
