Job summary

McCain Foods USA, Inc. is seeking a Batter Breader Operator Flex - A Crew for our Appleton, WI facility. You will operate batter/breader equipment, perform quality checks, and document production data within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires 2+ years of machine operating experience in food manufacturing, high attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new processes while ensuring safety and GMP compliance. A 2-2-3 AM shift runs 6AM-6PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of machine operating experience in manufacturing.
• Maintains continuous learning mindset and adapts quickly to new equipment and processes.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills in English.
• Attention to detail with emphasis on quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust batter/breader equipment to maintain product quality and standards.
• Perform quality checks, calculate batter measurements, and document production data.
• Identify safety and food safety risks, maintain cleanliness, and follow GMP guidelines.
• Set up, order, issue, and return raw materials; assist with freezer/fryer tasks; support Line Leader.
• Operate equipment safely and use appropriate machinery to move heavy objects.
