Job summary

McCain Foods USA, Inc. in Appleton, WI, seeks a Forming Machine Operator to join our Manufacturing team. You will follow SOPs, perform machine setup, run tests, monitor quality, and ensure GMP compliance.

Requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of manufacturing machine experience; food manufacturing preferred. PM shift 6PM-6AM on a 2-2-3 schedule with shift differential. Starting pay is $29.30 per hour plus bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience operating machines in manufacturing.
• Maintains learning mindset and adapts to new equipment and processes.
• Strong digital/data entry and documentation skills.
• Clear communication in English with all levels of the organization.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and records.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow production schedules and SOPs for equipment setup.
• Conduct machine setup, pre-start checks, testing, and monitoring for quality.
• Identify and address safety and GMP-related risks and maintain clean, compliant areas.
• Manage materials and complete required documentation during the shift.
• Adapt to production changes, assist with material transport when trained, and participate in training.
