McCain Foods is seeking a Raw Material Operator in Wisconsin to support blending and line operations. The role involves coordinating raw material flow, operating blenders and vegetable processing equipment, and maintaining quality with strict SOP adherence.

Responsibilities include batch documentation, safe equipment operation, and ensuring clean, compliant work areas. Requires 2+ years in manufacturing and English proficiency; shifts include AM/PM with a 2-2-3 schedule and shift diff for the PM

Qualifications

• 2+ years of machine operating experience in manufacturing.
• Demonstrates ability to learn new equipment/processes quickly.
• Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in English and follow SOPs precisely.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending and vegetable equipment and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Pack, batch, and document raw material movements and reconcile materials.
• Coordinate line activities and ensure efficient workflow.
• Identify and escalate safety risks and follow PPE guidelines.
• Assist with moving heavy items and operate tools and machinery safely.
