Job summary

Five Star Bath Solutions of Los Angeles County is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations for bathroom renovation projects. You will oversee planning, scheduling, and execution, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in production/project management in construction or renovation, with strong leadership and communication skills and familiarity with renovation tools and materials.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in production management, project management, or a related field in construction or renovation.
• Experience in managing bathroom or home renovation projects is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of renovation tools, materials, and workflow processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee bathroom renovation projects from start to finish.
• Lead installers, subcontractors, and laborers; assign tasks and maintain productivity.
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and on-time, on-budget completion.
• Maintain clear client communication and report status to management.
• Monitor inventory and materials, manage vendors and costs.
• Address issues promptly and implement best practices.
