Introduction

Bath Center is a family‑owned remodeling company established in 1995 and partnered with Home Depot. We specialize in bathtub replacements, shower conversions, and complete bathroom remodels throughout Oregon and Washington. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced bathroom remodeling installers and installation crews to join our team. Typical installers earn $125,000–$150,000+ annually based on production volume.

Compensation

• 10 % commission per standard bathtub or shower installation
• Average standard project value is approximately $16,000
• 10.5 % commission after one year
• 16 % commission for full bathroom remodels

• Projects located more than 1 hour 15 minutes away include an additional daily travel stipend (typically around $150 depending on distance)

Responsibilities

• Complete bathtub and shower replacements
• Perform tub‑to‑shower conversions

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
