Luxury Bath Technologies is seeking experienced Bathroom Remodeling Subcontractors in Vancouver, WA. The role offers 10% commission on installations, with average earnings ranging from $125,000 to $150,000 annually based on production volume.

Installers will perform bathtub and shower replacements, tub-to-shower conversions, and install various wall systems while maintaining a clean worksite. Candidates must hold a valid contractor license, be bonded and insured, and have their own tools.

Bathroom Remodeling Subcontractor

Compensation: 10% Commission; Employment Type: Full-Time; Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099); Experience Level: Mid-Level to Experienced.

Bath Center is a family‑owned remodeling company established in 1995 and partnered with Home Depot. We specialize in bathtub replacements, shower conversions, and complete bathroom remodels throughout Oregon and Washington. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced bathroom remodeling installers and installation crews to join our team.

Typical installers earn $125,000–$150,000+ annually based on production volume.

Compensation

• 10% commission per standard bathtub or shower installation
• Average standard project value is approximately $16,000
• 10.5% commission after one year
• 16% commission for full bathroom remodels
• $100 bonus for each 5‑star Google review that mentions your installation
• Projects located more than 1 hour and 15 minutes away include an additional daily travel stipend (typically around $150 depending on distance)

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  Preferred Experience

  Experience installing acrylic, quartz, or porcelain wall systems is strongly preferred. We are especially interested in installers who have worked with:
