Job summary

Luxury Bath in Portland, Oregon is looking for experienced bathroom remodeling installers and installation crews. As an independent contractor, you will handle bathtub and shower replacements and maintain high quality standards while earning competitive commissions of 10% on installations.

Installers can expect to earn between $125,000 and $150,000+ annually based on performance. Responsibilities include keeping job sites professional and conducting customer walkthroughs upon project completion.

Bath Center is a family-owned remodeling company established in 1995 and partnered with Home Depot. We specialize in bathtub replacements, shower conversions, and complete bathroom remodels throughout Oregon and Washington. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced bathroom remodeling installers and installation crews to join our team.

Typical installers earn $125,000–$150,000+ annually based on production volume.

Compensation

• 10% commission per standard bathtub or shower installation
• Average standard project value is approximately $16,000
• 10.5% commission after one year
• 16% commission for full bathroom remodels

• Projects located more than 1 hour and 15 minutes away include an additional daily travel stipend (typically around $150 depending on distance)
