Luxury Bath is seeking experienced bathroom remodeling installers and installation crews in Silverdale, Washington. As an independent contractor, you will earn commissions on installation projects with an average earning potential of $125,000–$150,000+ annually based on production volume.

Compensation: 10% Commission

Bath Center is a family-owned remodeling company established in 1995 and partnered with Home Depot. We specialize in bathtub replacements, shower conversions, and complete bathroom remodels throughout Oregon and Washington. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced bathroom remodeling installers and installation crews to join our team.

Typical installers earn $125,000–$150,000+ annually based on production volume.

Compensation

• 10% commission per standard bathtub or shower installation
• Average standard project value is approximately $16,000
• 10.5% commission after one year
• 16% commission for full bathroom remodels
• $100 bonus for each 5-star Google review that mentions your installation
• Projects located more than 1 hour and 15 minutes away include an additional daily travel stipend (typically around $150 depending on distance)
