J. Blanton Plumbing is seeking a skilled Bathroom Remodeling Installer to join our growing residential division in Northbrook, IL. You will work on bathroom renovation projects, collaborating with the Lead Installer to deliver high-quality finishes.

Qualifications

• Residential remodeling experience is required.
• Strong finish-work and tile installation skills are essential.
• Experience with remodeling tools and equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform bathroom remodeling under the direction of the Lead Installer.
• Assist with demolition, framing, drywall, waterproofing, and installation work.
• Perform finish carpentry and other detailed finish work.
• Install shower wall systems.
• Install LVP flooring and subfloor repairs as needed.
• Assist with plumbing fixture installation.
• Install vanities and bathroom components.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Protect customers’ homes and maintain a professional work environment.
• Follow project plans and company quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Lead Installer to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Identify potential issues and report them promptly to the Lead Installer.
