Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work well with a team and learn quickly.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installer with bathroom and kitchen remodel installations.
• Learn installation techniques for various materials and systems.
• Prepare job sites, assemble materials, and set up installations.
• Observe safety guidelines and keep work areas clean.
• Help address customer questions under guidance of the lead installer.
• Report damaged tools to supervisor and help maintain equipment.
