  • Inventory & Materials Management: Track materials on‑site; coordinate timely deliveries; inspect materials for quality before installation.
  • Technical Skills & Documentation: Use digital tools (CompanyCam, ServiceMinder, etc.) to document progress, update project notes, track change orders; read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, technical drawings.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with homeowners about progress, timelines, and adjustments; address concerns on‑site promptly and respectfully.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years in bathroom remodeling with proven skills in tile installation, plumbing, and electrical work (or 5 years of kitchen refacing experience).

  • Understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and best practices for waterproofing and ventilation.
  • Experience leading teams and coordinating with multiple trades.
