Surface Experts in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks a hands-on Technician to refinish bathtubs and shower surrounds using roller painting. You will handle 1–2 on-site repairs daily, typically 2–4 hours per job, and coordinate with property managers and tenants.

A company vehicle is provided and tools are supplied. You’ll follow a structured 5-step repair process, solve problems creatively, and join a team that values integrity, reliability, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with hands-on repairs, painting, and refinishing.
• Willingness to learn the Surface Experts 5-step repair process.
• Ability to handle multiple on-site tasks and communicate with the team.

Responsibilities

• On-site, perform refinishing and spot repairs for 1–2 customers per day.
• Work 2–4 hours per work order; operate with established process.
• Communicate with tenants, property managers, and support teams.
• Maintain CRM/dispatch notes and track progress.
